• 2) We check same-day / next-day availability and place you in our active schedule.
• 3) You’ll get a call or text with your appointment time and the team member’s name.

💡 How Our Visits Work

• Hourly, pay-as-you-go — $55/hr. No deposits. No estimates.
• You only pay for the time worked that day.
• Same-day pay saves 10%. Seniors, Veterans, and Good Samaritan Hospital Employees save 20%.
• Each day ends with a short walk-through & payment wrap-up so we stay on the same page.

⚠️ About Past Work: If you had work done previously, that was a separate day’s service. Each new visit starts fresh so you only pay for new time worked. This keeps everything fair and simple.

Expect real progress every day. Sometimes we uncover hidden issues (water damage, wiring, structural surprises). If that happens, we’ll show you immediately, explain options, and proceed only with your approval.
